Still reeeling from the nomination of Sarah Palin, there have been several gaff’s as of late, notwitstanding the “Muslim, err his Christian faith” misstep made by Obama when talking about the negative attacks against Palin.The latest seems to be creating it’s own gender gap. The foible comes from a comment made by Barry Obama himself. In talking about Republicans he made the statement, “You can put lipstick on a pig, but it’s still a pig”.

I’m not buying the “this was not an attack on Palin” statement that  the Obama campaign is trying to spin. After all, Obama is a “brilliant orator” he wouldn’t make mistakes would he? Meanwhile, 40 lawyers, thier invetigators, and political operatives have swarmed into Wasilla Alaska in hopes to find smear the Governor or find one of the 17% of the Alaskan population that has a unfavorable view of Sarah Palin for a statement. Wow 17%, that’s more people that dislike Palin, than like Congess.

Meanwhile, the BHO machine has put out an APB for Biden who seems to be missing this week. I submit that Biden is most likely at home polishing his Nazi Youth pocket knife, and looking for other non-native speakers to mailgn in one of his upcoming speeches.

Meanwhile, the Donks continue their camapign against George W. Bush, which by the way, if you are keeping score, he’s not even running in this election..

Despite the storms, the Republican National Convention ended with a heartfelt speech by the “Maverick” himself. Now we have had our doubts about McCain, mainly on immigration and campaign finance reform, but I can get behind McCain even though he was not my first choice. The selection of Gov. Palin for the bottom side of the ticket has made a big difference in this regard.

From the openig gavel, the GOP came out swinging. However, I could have done without the speech from the POTUS, too little … too late Geroge. On the other hand, I always like listening to the First Lady. Speeches from Fred Thompson, and Mike Huckabee really took the Obama campaign to task on the empty rhetoric and the typical cradle to grave big government giveaways with a tax bill that will choke the economy. Throw in Lieberman, and Rudy to provide the “Big Tent” appeal, the nomination of Sarah Palin for VP and you have the makings of an energized base.

The other side of the isle responded with their typical responses claimed the speeches were “derisive, divisive, snarky, and mean sprited” attacks. Come on Donk’s, it’s time to grow a pair. And as usual, they continuing  to run against the Bush administration.

And of course “Code Pink” and the “anarchist” were there in force supplying the static. Several pinkers made a break down the aisle, but were headed off by security in short order. Hundreds of “anarchists” were either arrested or pepper sprayed. Well, lawless is as lawless does. BTW, where do you get those fire extinguisher sized pepper spray canisters anyway? Looks like they could be quite handy! By the looks of things, they should have had some of those canisters filled with industrial detergent. Being an ‘anarchist’ doesn’t necessarily include an aversion to soap and water.

Meanwhile, the Wilson sisters (Heart) got their panties in a wad over the selection of Barracuda as one of the closing songs for the convention.

Heart’s Ann and Nancy Wilson “have informed the McCain/Palin Campaign that Universal Music Publishing and Sony BMG have sent a cease-and-desist notice to not use one of Heart’s classic songs, ‘Barracuda,’ as the congratulatory theme for Sarah Palin.”

Hey Ann and Nancy. just stfu already! Shouldn’t you be getting ready for your “Fat Cows of Rock” tour”.

Move over Bill and Hill, there’s a new leader of the Democratic party at least for now anyway. With the crowning of the Obamessiah last night, and shift of venue from the Pepsi Center to Invesco Field, B. Hussien Obama is now the defacto standard for the Donks. Together Obama and Biden make the most far left ticket for the Dems ever.

Today, the day of ascension, the Obamessiah will ascend from under the stage to a raised podium, surrounded by classical Greek Pillars. Word on the street, the Cherubim and Seraphim were unavailable for today’s event, so in their place Barak will be surrounded by homeless people, a gay marriage will take place in the wings, scores of leftist Hollywood actors fresh from their expatriation because of the Bush administration, dogs and cats living together, total pandemonium. The speech will conclude with confetti, fireworks, and the burning in effigy of likenesses of George W. Bush and Dick Cheney reminiscent of “The Burning Man”. Flag lapel pins optional…

After 12 years of attending a racist church, having to defend the racist pastor you call your friend and spiritual advisor, who else would you pick to be your Presidential running mate. Why, Joe “Dunkin’ Donuts” Biden of course. For those of you that don’t remember, here’s just one of his bigoted remarks:

“In Delaware, the largest growth in population is Indian-Americans, moving from India. You cannot go to a 7-Eleven or a Dunkin’ Donuts unless you have a slight Indian accent. I’m not joking.”

I can only imagine how many 18 wheelers it will take to haul that load of “baggage” around on the Hope, Change and Bigotry Tour. Trailing McAmnesty by 5 percentage points in the latest Zogby poll, the last thing you want to do is throw out the anchor, the wind resistance on that forehead alone is enough to slow anybody down.

Don’t try to pass this off with the lame argument of ‘guilt by association’. This man sits on Obama’s advisory committee, and is listed by Obama as one of his spiritual mentors. Just more hate and blame whitey from another poverty pimp.

I’ve been too busy to blog much these days. but I just could not let this stand. In a response to George W. Bush’s latest remarks to Israel’s Knesset, B. Hussein Obama whined to voters today in S. Dakota. Here’s what Bush said yesterday.

Some seem to believe we should negotiate with terrorists and radicals, as if some ingenious argument will persuade them they have been wrong all along.

Somehow Obama’s sensitive persona, and basically girl’ish sensibilities, took these words as a personal attack against him and the other hand wringing, pillow biting and bed wetting Democrats. So by your estimation, the speech didn’t have anything to do with the fact that Bush said this from inside the ‘belly of the beast’, where they are fighting TERRORISM every single day, 24 hours a day. He made these remarks to the Israeli Knesset who have negotiated and made concessions with the terrorist in the past to no effect, just more rockets and suicide bombers.

Personally, I thought it was nice to hear the President being Presidential for a change.

So Barack, “If the shoe fits, sweety, then stick it in your ass!”

Of course we can’t just let this one go by… Over the weekend Hillary called Obama out as an elitist in response to his “bitter” coments earlier. She has since said the following.

“And I think it’s important that, you know, we give people the chance to really compare and contrast us, You know, I am well aware that at a fundraiser in San Francisco, he said some things that many people in Pennsylvania and beyond Pennsylvania have found offensive. He was explaining to a small group of his donors what people who live in small towns right here in Pennsylvania are like and why some of you aren’t voting for him, But instead of looking at himself, he blamed them. He said that they cling to religion and guns and dislike people who are different from them. Well, I don’t believe that. I believe that people don’t cling to religion; they value their faith. You don’t cling to guns, you enjoy hunting or collecting or sport shooting. I don’t think he really gets it that people are looking for a president who stands up for you and not looks down on you.”

One thing is for sure, of all the candidates running, Hillary has the biggest set of balls… with that said though, it’s still elitist pot calling the kettle black…

Ever wonder what the sure fired method for ending a Presidential campaign would be, I think Barry Hussein just stumbled onto it:

“It’s not surprising, then, they get bitter, they cling to guns or religion or antipathy to people who aren’t like them or anti-immigrant sentiment or anti-trade sentiment as a way to explain their frustrations.”

That’s right, all of you in small town America are a bunch of bitter gun toting, bigoted, religious zealots, ALL OF YOU. So how does this play with the Pennsylvania voters? Latest polls show Barry’s numbers in PA. are tanking.
When you add the current statements to the statement of his pastor and that of his church, why should anyone be surprised. After all, the comments were not made in a forum where it was expected to be heard by anyone other than campaign insiders. The words truly reflects how Obama feels about whites. BUt what he does not understand is reverse racism is in and of itself, racism.
